[0verflow] Opened Copy is fine!

0verflow caused a bit of a fuss yesterday when they announced a special screening of School Days episode 12 under almost impossible conditions. One of the requirements for the attendance of the event was to present an unopened copy of one of their eroge products— School Days or Summer Days. Internet users across the globe started a flame fest against 0verflow, and today 0verflow revised their statement, saying they will accept opened software packages as well.
The screening will take place in Tokyo’s Akihabara, UDX building, Tokyo Anime Center (4th floor), Akiba 3D Theater. They’ve scheduled two screenings, one that’s going to start at 22:00 and the other at 22:45. All attendees will have to arrive at the location half an hour early, with some ID and a copy of their game (either “limited” or “renewed” or “standard” edition). Let’s not forget, AT-X still plans on broadcasting the last episode half an hour earlier. For now it looks like noone will be missing out on the fun.
They’ve also announced details on how to apply for the special screening. All applications must be sent to their email address (application [at] 0verflow.com) and need to contain the following: Name, Date of Birth, Telephone/Cellphone #, and the desired screening performance (22:00 or 22:45). Applicants must be over 18 years of age. Application deadline: 2007/09/27 @ 0:00. The winning applicants will be informed via e-mail till noon the same day.
